A challenge is understood as an objective that is difficult to achieve, but which difficulty makes it an incentive for those who wish to commit to achieving it. Bioethics in the 21st century faces some very specific challenges that relate to the care of life, because how can human beings and other living beings live, coexist and survive in the common home of all, planet Earth? This manuscript presents some proposals, without the intention of taking them as a panacea, but as an invitation to reflection, deliberation and creative dialogue.
